Combined with the powerful processing capabilities of DragonFly™ now you can watch your elevator from anywhere in the world via DragonFly’s LAN. It offers a complete solution; an independent system for tracking every trip your elevator makes, day in – day out.QarVision™ stores all information about the history of the elevator’s operation at the elevator itself, where it is instantly accessible to the technician, on site or from the office. Readings from the sensors over any time period can be easily compared to help detect trends. “Running on Arrival” situations are no longer a problem because QarVision™ can be left to watch the elevator 24/7. You get fewer and less expensive callbacks.
With QarVision™, you can be in “2 places at once”. Acceleration and door actions can be monitored from the machine room while making adjustments. The operation of the drive system can be monitored while making test rides in the car. And all of these tests can be performed remotely over the Internet before going to the customer’s site, giving you shorter service calls.
QarVision™ gives you enhanced traceability and record keeping. It maintains a complete history of every trip the elevator makes to verify incidents and provide a continual, independent audit of the elevator’s performance.

The Drucegrove TFT20 Series DragonFly™ indicators host the Qameleon™ QView software, which interacts with QarVision™. Simply open the hinged bracket supporting the lens to access the touch screen, and launch the QView software from the Windows CE desktop.
The result is a flexible diagnostic system that gives the technician a complete history of every trip, available from any indicator connected via Ethernet, whether it is in a hall or in the elevator car. A technician can easily switch any DragonFly™ indicator to become the user interface of the QarVision™ system.
