Returns Procedure Standard warranty is 12 months from the receipt of the goods. In the event you need to return a product to us for inspection, please follow our returns procedure as outlined below:

1. Quote the service call number given by our engineer.
2. Quote the product(s) serial number and program if applicable.
3. It is important to provide a detailed fault description: insufficient descriptions may delay the resolution.
4. Confirm the contact details and address for the products return.
5. Please provide a purchase order number for the inspection charge, if applicable.
